Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. tortellini, cooked
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 carton tomatoes (cherry)
16 oz. pkg. (fresh) broccoli flowerets
16 oz. pkg. (fresh) cauliflower flowerets
1 jar (small) green olives
1 can ripe olives (black)
1 red onion, chopped
1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. (fresh) mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Cook tortellini and drain.
Let cool.
Add remaining ingredients with Italian dressing.
Mix well and cover. Refrigerate overnight so all the flavors blend.
