Cream Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to\t400\u00b0.
    Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir
    in
    flour
    vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball
    (about
    1
    minute).
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs thoroughly,
    one
    at
    a time.
    Beat until smooth.
    With a spoon drop
    in
    8
    mounds
    3-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake
    45
    to
    50
    minutes
    until golden brown and dry. Allow to cool slowly away from drafts.
    With sharp knife, cut off tops. Scoop
    out soft dough inside and discard.
    Fill and replace tops. Sift powdered sugar over top or put a chocolate glaze on.
