Ingredients

1 large, firm, ripe banana, peeled and sliced into large chunks
1 c. skim milk
non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Freeze banana chunks; when frozen, combine in blender with the milk, sweetener and nutmeg.
Blend just until mixture is thick and frosty.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
