Quick Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. reduced fat Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. ziti or other pasta you like
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Combine 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese and pepper in blender until smooth.
Cook pasta; drain.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Stir in Ricotta mixture; top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
