Samp(Sweet Corn-Hazelnut Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chicken broth
    4 c. yellow corn meal
    3 c. maple syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 c. shelled hazelnuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Bring chicken stock to boil; slowly pour in corn meal, stirring constantly, until mixture is very thick.
    Add nuts, sugar, maple syrup, salt and butter.
    Stir in well.
    Turn to low heat and stir frequently to avoid scorching.
    Serve hot or cold. Serves 20.
