Munkaczina(Orange Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large oranges
    2 large onions
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/8 level tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 ripe black olives, pitted and sliced
Preparation
    Peel and slice oranges and onions thinly.
    Arrange in alternate layers in bowl.
    Pour over oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
    Marinate 1 hour at room temperature.
    Top with sliced olives.
