Thai Chicken Barbecue(Also Great With Pork Tenderloin) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 (3 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up and skinned
vegetable cooking spray
green onion fans (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in an extra large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
Add chicken.
Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Transfer marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
