Eggnog Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dairy eggnog (not canned)
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Add sugar, eggnog, margarine, rum extract and vanilla; blend well.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into greased pan.
