Salmon Or Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon or 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 can chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. cream of rice cereal
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain broth from fish and mushrooms into cup. Add water to make 1 cup. Place liquid in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add rice cereal and cook, stirring constantly.
Cover and let stand a few minutes.
Flake fish.
Add egg and cheese to cereal and stir until cheese melts.
Blend in fish, lemon juice and mushrooms. Spray Pam in loaf pan.
Spread fish mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, then turn out to platter.
Serves 4.
