Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie crust
1 pt. fresh strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Wash berries; drain on paper towels, then slice.
Chill berries while cooking glaze.
Mix sugar and cornstarch, then add remaining ingredients (except Cool Whip) and cook until thick. Pout berries in crust; pour hot mixture over berries at once. Chill until jelled.
Top with Cool Whip.
