Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place drained pineapple in a bowl.
Add sugar, flour and Cheddar cheese.
Stir.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat down until even.
Crush 1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers over top.
Pour 1 stick margarine (melted) over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
