Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chives
4 Tbsp. butter
8 medium potatoes, boiled
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Preparation

Boil potatoes until soft.
Butter sides of casserole dish. Whip all ingredients, except paprika, together until smooth.
Pour into casserole dish and top with sprinkle of chives and paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Eat!
