Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can whole grain corn, drained
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, eggs and peppers.
    Add cream cheese and press into mix.
    Bake in iron skillet at 350\u00b0.
