Ozark Hoecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Mix all and stir in water to make a soft dough.
Make into small cakes and bake on hot, greased griddle.
