Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
3/8 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in pan, mix well, and add egg yolks, lemon juice and water.
Beat with whisk until smooth. Place over medium heat, bring to boil, cook, stirring briskly, until clear and thickened.
Cook 5 minutes, then pour in baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
