Baked Pok Chops 'N Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. buttah
    6 pok chops (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. buttah
    2 c. thinly chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 1/2 c. boilin' watah
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put rice, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 'n rosemary in a 2-quart casserole.
    Melt 1 tablespoon buttah in big skillet.
    Brown chops on both sides; set aside.
