Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, soda, flour, spices and salt together in a bowl. Add eggs, oil and vanilla; mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Stir until mixed (will be thick).
