Swedish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 can cherry or peach pie filling
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Cream 1 cup sugar and melted butter. Add other ingredients in order given, except pie filling, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread 1/2 of batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Spread with pie filling. Spread remainder of batter over filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
