Scalloped Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat soup and milk together until smooth.
    Add layer of potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour soup mixture over each potato layer in a quart casserole.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour covered and 15 minutes longer without cover.
