Pepper And Tomato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 large onion
    3 large green peppers
    3 large ripe tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut up onion and fry in bacon fat until tender and slightly brown.
    Slice peppers in strips.
    Add to onion and fry until tender.
    Add cut up tomatoes; simmer until tender.
    Season with salt.
    Can be served with meat or cold as a sandwich spread.
