Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    10 to 12 slices white sandwich bread
    mayonnaise
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) large deviled ham
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, baking powder and salt.
    Mix until well blended.
    Cut bread in fourths.
    Spread each piece with mayonnaise.
    Spread each with small amount of ham.
    Spoon on cheese mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
    Put in 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and brown.
    Serve.
    Makes about 45 appetizers.
    May be frozen.
