Boston Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. oleomargarine
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Boil water, oleomargarine and raisins for 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased coffee cans.
