Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples (unpeeled)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend sugar and eggs.
    Add oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients; add to the sugar mixture.
    Fold in chopped nuts and apples.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    This cake is delicious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    It will stay moist for days if kept covered.
    Good with whipped topping, also.
