Tomato And Artichoke Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. chopped green onions with tops
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Saute green onions in butter until tender.
    Stir in artichoke hearts, tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
