Sausage Pineapple Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Brown 'N Serve sausage links
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    8 3/4 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. chopped onion (can be dried)
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown sausages and pour off all but 1 tablespoon grease. Brown chopped onions.
    Separate pineapple chunks and juice.
    Add water to juice to make 1 1/3 cups liquid.
    Add all but rice and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, covered. Serves 3 to 4.
