Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Sift corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Beat egg lightly and add oil and milk. Add dry ingredients to liquid and stir well. Pour batter into muffin pans, approximately 2/3 full. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
