Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
12 oz. lemon-lime carbonated beverage
2/3 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 large apple, chopped
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over water in a saucepan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add sugar, cook over medium heat, stirring, until dissolved.
Remove from heat; add carbonated beverage, orange and lemon juices.
Stir well to combine.
Chill until the consistency of egg whites.
Fold in fruit; spoon into an oiled 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce leaves to serve.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
