Southwest Supper Chicken Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tostada shells
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, heated
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
    fresh coriander (optional)
Preparation
    Heat tostada shells according to package directions.
    In a medium skillet, quickly cook chicken strips and onion in butter until chicken is browned.
    Add salsa
    and remaining mix.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
