Ingredients

2 small or 1 large pkg. of apricot Jell-O
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve apricot Jell-O in crushed pineapple.
Heat till almost boiling.
Cool.
Add 2 cups of buttermilk.
Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip and chill.
