Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook sugar and beaten egg yolks in top of double boiler for 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice; add this mixture to well beaten egg whites.
Whip the cream and blend with other mixture.
Put one-half crushed crumbs in bottom of tray.
Pour in mixture, then sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top and freeze hard until ready to serve.
