Grilled Chicken Breasts Caribbean - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed C & H golden brown sugar
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dark rum
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 chicken breast halves
Preparation

Combine brown sugar and next 5 ingredients.
Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 12 to 24 hours, turning once or twice.
Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Simmer marinade over medium-high heat until reduced by half, to about 3/4 cup.
