Tea Time Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in softened peanut butter. Drop by rounded teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Makes 2 dozen.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
