Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and vanilla until blended.
    Add coffee, cake mix and instant pudding; mix at medium speed until blended.
    Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
