Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Minute rice (cook according to pkg.)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain grease.
    Add soup, pimento and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Layer with rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
