Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oatmeal, flour and sugar.
Cut in oleo with pastry blender until crumbly.
Place 1/2 mixture in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Mix the rhubarb, flour, sugar, cinnamon, water and salt; place this rhubarb mixture in pan.
Top with remaining oatmeal mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
