Mrs. Goolsby'S Bride Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (any flavor; I like orange)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. crushed pineapple, slightly drained
    40 miniature marshmallows (more or less as desired)
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine and cool boiling water, sugar and Jell-O.
    Mix together cottage cheese, pecans, pineapple, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with coconut.
