Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans canned artichoke hearts or frozen
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. mayo
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    pepper
Preparation
    Place artichokes on bottom of casserole pan.
    Squeeze moisture from spinach and layer on top of artichokes.
    In mixer, blend cream cheese, mayo and butter until fluffy.
    Gradually add milk; spread this over top of spinach.
    Sprinkle with pepper and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
    Serves 10.
