Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 fresh bunch, chopped
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Place broccoli and onion in 4 cups of water.
    Boil; add soups and turn heat to low.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
