Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Peel and dice potatoes.
Cook potatoes and onions in boiling water until tender.
Mash and return to water they were cooked in. Scald milk.
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper to potatoes. Reheat and serve hot.
