Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 C. salad oil
    2 1/4 C. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 C. grated zucchini
    3 C. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 C. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix salad oil, sugar, eggs, and zucchini together.
    Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into each pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loafs.
