Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
    1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    8 or 9-inch shell, baked
    3 c. regular all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour, measure and sift into bowl with the salt. Add the shortening and use a pastry blender or two knives to cut it into the flour until coarse crumbs are formed like peas.
    In a small bowl combine the beaten egg with the vinegar and water; drizzle over the flour until it is all moistened and holds together in a ball.
    Add a little more water (a few drops) if needed.
