Veal Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed veal
    bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten with milk
    paprika
    1 pkg. wide noodles
    2 cans gravy or 2 c. dry gravy mix
    water
    1 c. milk and 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dip cubed veal in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs and sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Brown in skillet.
    Drain skillet.
    Add the gravy and 2 cups milk with 2 tablespoons vinegar for each cup milk.
    Cover skillet and let simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over wide noodles.
    Serve with side dish of cole slaw.
