Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole canned jalapenos
cream cheese
sliced American cheese
canned biscuits
cooking oil
Preparation

Heat oil in a deep fryer at least 2 inches deep.
Cut off pepper stems and remove seeds and core.
Stuff peppers with cream cheese.
Roll out biscuits on floured pie sheet.
Wrap stuffed pepper with 1/2 slice American cheese.
Wrap with biscuit.
Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
