Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix in bowl in order given.
Put into 2 loaf pans, small size (7 3/4 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
