Pumpkin Bars(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. granulated fructose
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    With electric mixer, combine margarine, apple juice concentrate, fructose and mashed banana.
    Beat in egg, pumpkin and vanilla.
