Coffee-Orange Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. 2 layer-size devil's food or German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 (4 serving) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1 Tbsp. finely grated orange rind
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan.
In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, liqueur, orange rind and cinnamon.
Beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate pieces and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 or 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for ten minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
Makes 12 to 16 servings. Freezes well.
