Jim'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    8 Del Monte yellow pickled peppers
    1/4 c. Del Monte pepper juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. pancake syrup
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 (8 oz.) cans water
    3/4 c. plum preserves
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Saute butter, onions and garlic until onions are clear.
    Add peppers and pepper juice.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the rest of ingredients and cook on low for an hour or so.
