Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread crumbs
    1 egg
    water
    oil
    lemon juice
    chicken cutlets
Preparation
    Beat egg with a small amount of water.
    Take chicken cutlet and dip in egg mixture, then cover with bread crumbs.
    Take a flat tray and grease with oil.
    Place chicken on tray and drip small amounts of oil over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon juice to drip over chicken.
