Pennsylvania Dutch Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cabbage
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
6 medium onions, quartered
6 carrots, sliced
1/4 c. salt
3 c. sugar
3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine all vegetables in food processor; chop very fine. Transfer to a large mixing bowl; stir in salt.
Let mixture stand at room temperature for 1 hour; drain vegetables.
Stir in sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
Store in airtight containers in refrigerator.
Makes 10 cups.
