Oatmeal Nut Bread(Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cooked oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 egg or equivalent egg substitute
1/3 c. water
2 2/3 Tbsp. oil
2 2/3 Tbsp. milk
2 2/3 Tbsp. honey
1/3 c. pecans
1/3 c. raisins

Preparation

Using Welbuilt bread machine, add yeast first, then flour, salt, oatmeal and egg.
Mix water, milk, honey, oil and warm to lukewarm.
Add to machine.
Start on medium setting.
After 10 beeps add chopped nuts and raisins slowly.
You may wish to dust the nuts and raisins with flour so that they will distribute more evenly in the dough.
